October 11, 2013 – October 12, 2013
Join Lovehistory, if you dare, for a night in one of Liverpool’s oldest ancestral mansions. Accompanied by the ghosts of our past, we will spend one whole night sleeping amongst the hidden history of this haunted hall. From the dwindling light of day until the early dawn of morning, we expect only the bravest of souls to see the night through.
During the evening you will be treated to a ghostly supper, which may be your last! You will hear spine tingling tales of the hall brought to life by our very own gruesome creatures. Followed by a stiff drink, or two, to calm the nerves.
You will be guided around the dark corridors of this ancient mansion retracing the steps of the ghosts that are said to haunt them. It will be then time to settle down for the evening and as sleep awaits the weary, as night creeps and reaches into every corner of the hall, it is then that you will have to be at your most alert! For things do go bump in the night…chains rattle…windows and doors slam…and whispers from the past can be heard. There will be no escape on this night…you will be a guest of the hall… and guests are not allowed to escape!
If you make it through the evening safely you will be offered a breakfast in the Victorian tea-room and here you can breathe a sigh of relief and reflect on your experience of The Hauntings of Croxteth Hall.
